THE MORE WE GET TOGETHER

It's been one heck of a start to my new school year. My students are nothing like the ones I had last year, not to say that's a bad thing, but it's just completely different. I was so excited to be able to teach the same stuff as the year before, only to find that my new class works in totally opposite ways, so I've had to rearrange all my lessons accordingly. But, there is one thing that I am happy to change up. Art projects have always been my forte, and whatever student dynamic I'm given, I'll conjure up some creative assignment to fit the bill. Over two days my students painted, cut out, glued on, and assembled monsters from their own imaginations terrorizing a city. We also made silly pumpkin faces, that signify my class appropriately.
