Such a long day. Up early to visit Grosse Île and spend all day in the sun. Up late watching The Black Keys at le Festival d'été de Québec and spend all night in the pouring rain. Vancouver has nothing on Québec, storms with thunder so loud you could hear it over top of Girl Talk (also at le Festival) and lighting that lit up the whole sky, raindrops so huge they bounced off the road. But with my clothes and shoes soaked, that concert was one of the best I've seen, so so happy to hear "10 Cent Pistol" live I sang along to every word...
How funny, when I saw Black Keys on Fri night in Ottawa the rain and thunder was torrential as well! Luckily it cleared up for a stellar set. Another great post :)
